HP multi-cylinder hydraulic cone technology line
HP series cone crusher is a new type of cone crusher specially designed for metal ore and hard rock aggregate processing based on inheriting Metso Omnicone and HPC series cone breaking of well-known domestic brands, and drawing on the excellent design characteristics of Metso HP4,HP5,HP6. HP series cone breakage truly combines the crushing speed, eccentricity (stroke) and cavity design perfectly, which can provide higher output and better product quality. Our company designs HP series cone breakage as an independent crushing unit, which has a wider range of applicability:

HP Cone technology upgrades:
● Advanced fixed cone liner fastening system, moving cone breaking wall without packing, making liner replacement faster;
● Newly designed fixed counterweight protection board, better protect the counterweight and prevent dust from entering, more environmentally friendly;
● The wide application of bronze bushing makes it have ultra-high load capacity in high dust and high impact crushing environment;
● The insurance system adopts new large-diameter return oil pipe and large-capacity accumulator;

Features of HP series cones

HP series equipment selection and production line configuration:
★ Factors affecting equipment mining: type of raw ore, water content, mud content, feed particle size, etc.
★ The maximum feeding size of the equipment is 100% less than or equal to 80% of the maximum opening size;
★ The hydraulic cone crusher must be filled with feed, so the front should be provided with a buffer bin (to meet more than 15 minutes of passing capacity) and adjustable frequency feeding device;
