Generally speaking, ball crusher can be referred to as the most crucial equipment in the processing of aerated concrete materials, and it is absolutely the ideal machine to handle limestone, slag, gypsum and so on. It can probably be completely mixed and interacted when the materials are ground to the required particle sizes. Thus, ball crusher may typically be with the largest capacity within the aerated concrete plant.
Ball Mill mainly consists of feeding hollow shaft that is used as the grinding head, lengthy cylinder and so on. There is grinding body within the cylinder, which is made from steel. The cylinder is fixed with steel liner and simplifier. The grinding body is typically steel-made sphere, and it can be loaded into the cylinder with a particular percentage as per diverse tube diameters. The grinding body can also use steel section. And it may be chosen founded on the grinding particle size, although the materials are loaded into the cylinder via the feeding side's hollow shaft. When ball crusher's simplifier is turning, the grinding body will post on the cylinder liner and be taken away by the cylinder under the effect of the inertia, friction and centrifugal force. When it is brought up to a certain height, it may be thrown down under the gravitational attraction. Then the falling grinding body crushes the materials inside the cylinder just like the projectile.
Materials are sent to the Ball Mill (ball crusher) through the feed inlet, and then they will be uniformly rotated by the hollow shaft. Then the materials will enter the first storage bin inside the ball crusher. The storage bin has ladder liner or corrugated liner with different built-in standard steel balls. Centrifugal force will be generated by the rotating cylinder so as to make the ball fall at a specific height, thus resulting in fierce impact and grinding effect on the materials. After going through coarse crushing, the materials will enter the second storage bin via the single-layer diaphragm plate, and this storage bin has flat liner with steel balls for the further grinding of materials. The crushing operation will be completely finished when the crushed materials are discharged from the discharge opening.
